Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Sauté mixed vegetables until tender.
  4. In a baking dish, layer noodles, vegetables, marinara sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella.
  5. Repeat layers and top with Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
