A simple and healthy vegetable fried rice recipe packed with fresh flavors and easy to make at home.

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender (3–4 minutes).
  4. Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
  5. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add chopped green onions and serve hot.
