- 1/2 cup (115 g) softened butter
- 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line muffin tin
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing until combined
- Fill liners two-thirds full
- Bake 18–20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
