Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add carrots and celery and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes and broth.
