  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Alternate adding flour mixture, milk, and strawberry puree.
  6. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until set.
  8. Cool before frosting.
