This strawberry banana bread is a moist and flavorful loaf combining ripe bananas and fresh strawberries. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.

  • 1/2 cup (115 g) butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups (190 g) flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mix mashed bananas and melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, stirring until combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into banana mixture.
  6. Gently stir in diced strawberries.
  7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool before slicing.
