2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup diced green chilies
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 cups chicken broth
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add chicken breasts and cook until browned.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add green chilies, cumin, and paprika.
