- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
