- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups butternut squash noodles
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add butternut squash noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.

- Use fresh butternut squash noodles for best texture.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less spice.
- Pair with a crisp white wine for serving.
