  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 200 g shrimp, peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook shrimp until pink, then remove from the pan.
  3. Add minced garlic and scramble the eggs in the same pan.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Return the shrimp to the pan and add cooked rice.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  7. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
