Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss squash and apples with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
- Spread squash and apples on a sheet pan.
- Place chicken fillets on top.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve warm.
