- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped asparagus
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
