- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- Dressing:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain and rinse under cold water.
