  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and stir fry for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
