A simple recipe for delicious chicken fried rice that you can make at home quickly.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice (cold)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or pan.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Add eggs and scramble.
  4. Add vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in chicken and rice.
  6. Pour soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Add green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use cold rice for best texture.
  • Adjust soy sauce to taste.
