  • 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups (190 g) flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix bananas and melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Combine with banana mixture until just mixed.
  6. Pour into muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Cool before serving.
