Crispy baked chicken tenders with a golden crust, perfect for a healthy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs.
  4. Dip chicken into eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place on lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm.

  • For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before baking.
