  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
  • 1 can (300 ml) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice or pasta, soup, sour cream, milk, vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
