- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 can (300 ml) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
