  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  4. Add chicken, broth, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf.
