  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté vegetables until tender.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
  5. Add chicken, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour filling into pie crust.
