A comforting classic chicken casserole that’s easy to prepare and perfect for family dinners. This creamy baked dish combines tender chicken, rice, vegetables, and cheese for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (300 ml) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, vegetables, soup, milk, and half the cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Swap cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom for variation.
