  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Toss apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  3. Place one crust in pie dish and fill with apple mixture.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut vents.
  6. Bake 45–50 minutes until golden and filling is bubbly.
  7. Cool before slicing.
