Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, then whisk in flour to form a roux.
  3. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
  4. Mix in cooked chicken and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour filling into a baking dish.
