  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, layer noodles, shredded chicken, white sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

  • For a keto version, use zucchini slices instead of noodles.
  • For a low-calorie option, reduce cheese or use a lighter white sauce.
