Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle pecans on top.
