Description

These 5-Ingredient Granola Bars No-Bake are naturally sweet, chewy, and easy to make. Perfect for healthy snacking or meal prep.


Ingredients

1 cup dates, pitted

1½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1 cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit or chopped nuts of your choice)

¼ cup honey

¼ cup sunflower seed butter (or nut butter of your choice)


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Process the dates in a food processor until a sticky dough forms.

3. In a bowl, combine dates, oats, and dried cranberries.

4. Microwave honey and sunflower seed butter for 30 seconds. Stir.

5. Pour over the oat mixture and stir until well mixed.

6. Press mixture firmly into the lined pan.

7. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

8. Remove, cut into bars, and enjoy or store.
