Zucchini cheese wraps are crispy, low-carb alternatives to bread. Made with just zucchini, cheese, and seasoning, they’re perfect for keto meals or gluten-free snacks.

1 green zucchini

3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Slice zucchini thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.

2. Lay slices on paper towels and press gently to remove excess moisture.

3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle half the mozzarella into two rectangles.

4. Layer zucchini slices in overlapping rows on cheese. Sprinkle seasoning on top.

5. Add remaining cheese over the zucchini slices.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.

7. Let cool for 2–3 minutes to firm up. Add fillings, fold, and serve.

Notes

Use block mozzarella for best results.

Avoid excess moisture for crispier wraps.
