- 500g green beans, trimmed
- 500g potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
