- 2 cups dried white beans, soaked overnight
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 bay leaves
