  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before glazing or serving.
