A simple and delicious Valentine’s Day treat made with Oreos and cream cheese, dipped in chocolate for a sweet surprise.

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender.
  2. Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch) and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Freeze the balls for 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Place back on the tray and add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Chill until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
