  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups cooked white beans
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, turmeric, and cumin. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add cabbage, white beans, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove bay leaf before serving.
