Ingredients

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 head cabbage or kale, finely chopped
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
While potatoes cook, sauté cabbage or kale in butter until softened.
Drain potatoes and mash with milk and butter.
Mix in cooked cabbage or kale and turkey bacon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
For a keto version, replace potatoes with cauliflower.
