  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (200 grams)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded (100 grams)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded (100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated (50 grams)
  • 2 cups milk (480 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
  5. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Combine cheese sauce with cooked pasta.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until bubbly.
