2 cups diced chicken breast
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

1 tsp thyme
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
