1 tbsp coconut oil
4 cups chicken broth
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 tsp turmeric
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
