  • 14 oz firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Pour teriyaki sauce over tofu and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Add broccoli, snap peas, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.
