  • 6 cups shredded cabbage (about 1 medium head)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk again.
  4. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss well.
