- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with vegetable oil.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, sweet chili sauce, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the baked wonton cups.
- Bake for another 5 minutes, until heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- For extra crunch, brush wonton wrappers with oil before baking.
- Adjust sweet chili sauce to taste for more or less spice.
