  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
  6. Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Top with sliced strawberries, strawberry jam, and whipped cream before serving.
