2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with sliced strawberries, strawberry jam, and whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother filling.
