Delicious strawberry crunch cheesecake served in individual jars for a perfect dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of each jar.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar.
  6. Top with diced strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry jam.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
