Description
Delicious strawberry crunch cheesecake served in individual jars for a perfect dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of each jar.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Layer cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar.
- Top with diced strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry jam.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
