1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp strawberry jam
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press 2 tbsp into each dessert cup.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon filling over crust in each cup.
Top with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of jam.
