Ingredients

  • 6 cups vegetable broth

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
