- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
