  • Salt to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Spicy mayo (mayonnaise + hot sauce)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into thin fillets.
  2. Mix flour with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Coat chicken in spiced flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden and fully cooked.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Toast the burger buns lightly.
  7. Assemble burgers: bun, lettuce, crispy chicken, and spicy mayo.
  8. Serve immediately.
