Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix apples, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a border.
- Fold the edges over the filling and roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
