  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the white beans and add them to the slow cooker.
  2. Add vegetable broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and turkey bacon.
  3. Season with thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
