Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Toss in cooked fettuccine and fresh herbs. Mix well.
  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
