Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Toss in cooked fettuccine and fresh herbs. Mix well.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
