- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and fresh basil. Toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
