- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 16 oz potato gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, about 3 minutes.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Use fresh gnocchi for the best texture.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if you prefer a lighter sauce.
